The Reverend Scot McComas was instituted as our Rector on Sunday, August 23, 2026.

Fr. Scot was ordained a Deacon in our Diocese in January 2004 and ordained a Priest in North Carolina in August 2004.  He has a Master’s of Divinity from Harvard University as well as a Master’s of Sacred Theology from General Theological Seminary in New York. He had been the Chaplain at Palmer Trinity in Miami. After serving churches in Texas and North Carolina, he has been the Rector of Church of the Nativity in Scottsdale, AZ before his call to St. Joseph’s.  He has had a career as a banker bringing expertise in finance and a proven track record in stewardship. 

Fr. Scot will be living on campus in the Rectory as he is looking forward to being close to all our parishioners.
